Located on four beautiful wooded acres, minutes from Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park, the Turning Leaf Inn is one of the newest lodging alternatives in the area. The Oak Suite: 
The Oak Suite brings a blend of reds, golds and browns and swirls them together to create an atmosphere that invites you to stay awhile.  The tall, dark sleigh bed, private porch with a friendly swing, and private bath with a shower and jaccuzzi tub makes this just the place for a romantic couple’s getaway.
The Oak Suite also boasts a private sunroom of its own with a luminous gold snuggler chair and a tall bistro-style table for two.  It’s the perfect place to curl up with a book or have a cup of steaming coffee and a snack.  Gaze out the windows at the big back yard and drink in the sunny comfort of a peaceful vacation.
The Oak Suite:  $175/night weekends, $150/night weeknights

The Maple Suite: 
The massive sleigh bed in the Maple suite with its deep brown and red bedding will draw you into the rest and relaxation you came looking for.    The private bathroom with its colossal tile shower is enough to make you want to stay for days. There’s even a cozy pine alcove with a round table for two and private entrance to the back patio; the perfect nook for a steaming cup of coffee and some good conversation.
The Maple Suite:  $150/night weekends, $125/night weeknights
 
The Willow Room:  
The Willow Room is a black and white charm with its cheery yellow walls and tall lamps with flirty beaded trim.  The four-poster bed is as inviting as any you’ll ever see, boasting heaps of pillows and a French country comforter. Private bathroom with shower/tub combination.  
The Willow Room:  $125/night weekends, $100/night weeknights

Guest policies:

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Please notify us if you are arriving late)
• Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Visa, MasterCard & Discover required for reservation
• Reservations require an advance deposit of 50% of the total amount
• Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice. Rates charged are the published rate at the time the reservation is made, unless otherwise stated
• Seven day cancellation notice required for refund of deposit (less $25 cancellation fee)
• $25 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours preceding the arrival date will be charged full amount of the reservation.
• We do not accept cancellations or reservation changes for weather related reasons, unless the National Weather Service has issued official statements discouraging travel. High water levels at Broken Bow Lake or the Mt. Fork River are not valid reasons for cancellations or reservation changes and will not be accepted.
• Towels/Sheets Damage Fee: If sheets or towels are ruined by spilling wine, coffee, blood, etc. on them, a $50 fee will be charged to cover a portion of the cost of replacement.
• Missing or broken items will be charged to your account accordingly.
• Do not sit on or place items on hot tub covers. Leave hot tub cover in place when not in use.
• No pets, no smoking in the Inn.
• Please respect the privacy of other guests of the Inn.
